Geoff wanted to be sure we weren't put our any more than necessary-having to drive from Fernandina Beach. After we arrived for a relative small job, Geoff thoroughly inspected the car and made sure a number of times were taken care of. We hadn't expected to spend more (time and dollars) that day, but it was all necessary for our "baby" - a '93 240 Wagon. He made sure we had frequent updates throughout the day. We've been to Savannah a few times in the past and will continue to make the drive - sorry you had to close Golden Isles - we made it there once."

I'm writing to thank you and your service team for the excellent service we received during a recent car breakdown and emergency. On Wednesday of this week, as my wife and I were traveling from Jacksonville back to Birmingham, the alternator on our 2007 S80 ceased to work. I called your store and Holly answered immediately. After telling her my problem, she gave me directions to your store and told me she would have a tow truck ready in case we did not make it. Our car stalled about 2 miles from your store and within the hour, the tow truck Holly called arrived and delivered our car to your store. Justin and Holly were very helpful in diagnosing the problem and setting up the repair. He soon called to give me the estimate, which I approved. In the meantime, John drove me and my wife into downtown and Market Square and along the way, gave us a great tour and history of the city. He made our journey into town and back delightful and entertaining. Within 3 hours, Justin called to say the repairs had been made. John then met us downtown and returned us to your store where our car was ready and even cleaned! Your service team turned a harrowing event into a pleasurable experience. We have purchased 12 Volvos since my first 240DL in 1975 and have never had major service problems on any of the cars, always having them serviced regularly at Volvo dealers. I will continue to buy Volvos, in part because of the service I receive from dealers like yours. Please give my thanks to your service team - they represent the Volvo brand better than any promotional event or advertising.
